Partnership for AI Infrastructure Launches to Strengthen U.S. Leadership, Innovation, and National Security Through AI Advancement
Washington, D.C. — Technology leaders, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMD), Arm Ltd. (NASDAQ: ARM), Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company (NYSE: HPE), and Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) today announced the launch of the Partnership for AI Infrastructure, a new coalition dedicated to supporting federal research and development, critical missions, and national security through advanced artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. This strategic initiative aims to ensure the nation’s research laboratories and agencies have the advanced computing tools and resources needed to secure American leadership in science, technology, and national security. In an era when other nations and global powers are accelerating their AI investments, this coalition is committed to developing the robust public-private partnerships and investment necessary to ensure the U.S. remains the global leader in innovation.
Members of the Partnership for AI Infrastructure built the world’s three (3) fastest supercomputers in partnership with the National Labs and Department of Energy as part of the Exascale Computing Program. By bringing together the brightest scientific minds from our National Labs, agency leaders across the government, and the latest advancements in private sector AI systems, the Partnership for AI Infrastructure will advocate for continued technology investments necessary to unlock the full potential of AI to improve the lives of Americans, protect our national security, and grow our economy.
